                  Thank you for buying from Ambereyn Leather and being a part of our vision and mission. We are committed to ensuring a wonderful experience every time you purchase from us. In each of our jackets, we strive to create a soulful and personal treasure to be worn and cherished by each of our customers for a lifetime. In order to accomplish that, for standard sizing options, it’s very important to find the right, most ideal size for each of our customers. We are committed to doing our best in ensuring we provide the best sizing and guidelines to our customers to attain the ideal fit every time. However, if you discover that the size you purchased is anything less than ideal for you, we offer a hassle-free process for size exchanges.

Exchange Eligibility Criteria

• You may initiate the exchange of your purchased jacket within 14 days of receiving it.
• The jacket must be unused and in original condition with tags still attached.

Exchange Process

                  We are dedicated to ensuring that the exchange process is as seamless and hassle-free for our customers as possible! Follow the simple steps below to initiate an exchange:

1. Email us at info@ambereyn.com with your request and order number. We will verify your request and provide you with the shipping address of our office for you to ship the exchanged item to.
2. Pack the exchanged item securely to ensure it is received by us in original condition and is eligible for resale.
3. Once shipped to us, share the tracking number with us, and we will take it from there!

The customer pays for the return shipping via a service of their choice with tracking.

Receiving Exchanges

                  Once we have received the item, we will verify and process the exchange within 1-2 working days. We will notify you via email once we have processed the exchange. All our products are made-to-order and it will take 7-10 working days to create the new size and ship it to you. Once shipped, we will notify you via email, and your new size will be on its way to you!

Exceptions:

• Bespoke tailored and custom-made jackets are not eligible for an exchange as they cannot be resold.
